Paris Trip 2013

International Postcard Swap
OK, my friends, I need your help.  I am planning a trip to Paris in the spring of 2013 and I need your advice.  Please recommend places Mr. B and I should stay, where we should eat, and what we should see other that the 10 most likely places a tourist would visit.  I really want to go to the city to soak up the atmosphere.  I intend to spend my time in the city and will be walking a lot.  I want to eat, drink, and people watch.  Probably will be there for 5-7 days.  So, you're the experts.  Let me know the best or the over-rated.  I've been reading Frommer's.
Share your travel tips, and Thank you.

Measure What Remains

"Measure What Remains"
This piece is a mixed media collage on a plexiglass picture frame.  8 1/2" x 11"  I plan to enter this in the Small Works show in Ypsilanti coming up in a few months.  All of the art work must be 12" or smaller.  This was really fun since I have been wanting to use an old measuring tape that I found at a yard sale.  I had broken it just to see what would happen.  Perfect for this creation and broken in just the right place, although I didn't know it at the time.  Sometimes I don't have to do anything except keep my brain from over thinking.  Anyone else have this sort of problem?
