| SEEK Assemblage | My latest creation is an assemblage 16"x 20". collage on canvas. I layered paper, stamping, acrylic paints and dressmaker's pattern pieces to build up the background. I collaged an antique map, book cover, antique photo matte, an an old photo of a car, and an overlay. I added found rust, nails, barbed wire, and bingo chips. The lettering is an assortment of game pieces. I used my new washi tape too. This is a new direction for me. Enjoy! |

Well, this is way cool, Beth. Totally a look I like - a bit of grunge, some unrelated items brought together to tell a story. Excellent piece! I really need to try stuff like this.
